WHAT IS OUR RETURN POLICY?
We will gladly accept the return of items for exchange or store credit only.
PROVIDING
• Contact us within 5 days of receipt of purchase to obtain an authorization number email deanna@mentalmindsco.com.au include in email name and date of purchase. Item must be returned to us within 10 business days of receipt of purchase.
• Goods are unworn, unwashed and in original saleable condition with all tags still attached and inside original packaging.
• All Leotards and swimwear have hygiene stickers attached.
• No traces of makeup or perfume on items.
• Our vintage garments are pre-loved therefore signs of wear and slight imperfections are to be expected
WHAT IS OUR INTERNATIONAL RETURNS POLICY?
• As per returns and exchanges criteria other than days specified.
• Contact us within 10 days of receipt of purchase to obtain an authorization number.
• Item must be returned within 21 business days of receipt of purchase.
WHAT IF AN ITEM IS FAULTY?
While we pride ourselves on offering quality and beautifully made garments there is always the rare chance an item may be faulty. If you receive an item that is damaged or faulty please report all faults within 24 Hrs of receiving them. Email – deanna@mentalmindsco.com.au with all faults and digital
Images of the issues found. We are happy to replace in the case of a manufacturing fault.
HOW TO OBTAIN A RETURN/EXCHANGE AUTHORISATION?
• Download Returns/Exchange form print and fill out
• Include your order number/name the order was placed under email date purchased and authorization number.
• Include this form along with your returning item and send via registered or trackable service to

• Postage to return an item is at the buyers cost but we will pay for the return delivery. (Australian orders only International orders are at the buyers cost
DO WE OFFER A RETURN/EXCHANGE ON SALE ITEMS?
There are strictly no returns or exchanges on sale items unless the item is damaged or faulty.
WHAT IF AN ITEM IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE?
Due to our policy of limited edition items we cannot guarantee that we will have your preferred choice in stock and in this case a store credit will be dispatched and notification via email.
HOW LONG DOES MY STORE CREDIT LAST?
Your store credit lasts 6 months from receipt of purchase.
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
Free standard shipping within Australia for all orders
: Flat rate of $15 express post
International orders: Free shipping for orders over $150 otherwise flat rate of $30
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY PURCHASE?
AUSTRALIAN ORDERS
 Free Standard post: 3-5 business days (metro areas)
: 3-7 business days (regional areas)
Express post: 1-2 business days (metro areas)
: 2-3 business days (regional areas)
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
: 5-21 business days
DO I HAVE TO PAY CHARGES OR IMPORT TAX?
All International customers are responsible for the customs rates within their own country.
We cannot mark International orders as a gift to bypass or reduce any customs fees.
WHAT IF AN ORDER IS LOST DURING SHIPPING?
Once an order has been shipped Mental Minds Co will not be responsible for orders lost
during shipping. Customers will receive a tracking number once item is shipped.
WHAT ARE SHIPPING COSTS FOR RETURNS/EXCHANGE
Postage to return/exchange an item is at buyers cost but we will pay for return delivery
Australian orders only. International orders are at buyers cost.
